How long have you been living a life that is NOT deeply satisfying? Many people accept a level of unhappiness as a normal part of life, but it need not be the case.

When we are put in touch with our deepest nature, life begins to flow effortlessly. We often stumble across this state, called 'being in the flow', and wonder why life cant be like this more often.

Ironically, it is those very disturbing personal problems, chronic symptoms, workplace challenges and relationship issues which are trying to lead us back to a state of oneness inwardly and flow and grace outwardly.

Michelle is highly trained, has studied extensively around the globe and has accrued some 18 years experience in the health and psychology field. She is Medicare Registered and Recognised by all Major Health Funds.

In her career Michelle has worked with large organizations, community groups, couples, families and individuals. Since June 2008, she has brought her expertise and skill to the Northern Rivers Region.

Michelle is passionate about the change process and is looking now for people who are committed to living life to its fullest.
